Job description

Senior Performance Marketing Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead large-scale user acquisition initiatives and drive measurable growth across a portfolio of high-value client accounts. This is an opportunity for a performance-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands how to scale paid media efficiently, and is passionate about turning data into strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on acquisition expert with deep expertise in Meta advertising, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven ability to manage significant media investments while delivering against ambitious growth targets. You will play a critical role in shaping acquisition strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and identifying new opportunities to maximize return on investment.

As Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of acquisition performance across multiple client accounts, managing substantial monthly media budgets and ensuring campaigns are optimized for profitability, scalability, and long-term growth.

You will work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to define performance goals, uncover growth opportunities, and execute strategies that consistently improve results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end user acquisition performance across a portfolio of accounts, with accountability for key metrics including ROAS, CPR, cost per first-time deposit, and overall campaign efficiency.
  • Partner with leadership and clients to establish performance targets, monitor progress, and implement corrective strategies when campaigns fall short of objectives.
  • Build, launch, manage, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and programmatic channels.
  • Manage and optimize multi-million-dollar monthly media investments, balancing profitability, growth objectives, and channel performance.
  • Lead campaign optimization efforts across bidding strategies, audience segmentation, placements, budget allocation, and creative testing.
  • Develop structured testing frameworks across audiences, messaging, creative concepts, landing pages, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop data-driven briefs, establish testing priorities, and ensure advertising assets align with platform requirements and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and attribution systems, including Meta Conversions API, server-side tracking, and server-to-server postbacks.
  • Create insightful performance reporting that connects media activity to business outcomes, including cohort analysis, lifetime value insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce AI-powered tools and automation solutions to improve campaign efficiency, reporting capabilities, and decision-making processes.
  • Stay current with evolving advertising platforms, privacy changes, attribution updates, and emerging acquisition channels to maintain a competitive growth strategy.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or user acquisition roles.
  • Extensive experience managing and scaling high-spend Meta advertising accounts with a strong understanding of account structure, bidding strategies, audience development, and testing methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar media budgets while achieving measurable performance outcomes.
  • Experience overseeing multiple brands, accounts, or campaigns simultaneously while maintaining strong execution and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of digital acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, landing page testing, and performance measurement.
  • Practical experience with Meta Conversions API, server-side tracking, postbacks, and resolving attribution or data quality challenges.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, evaluate tests, identify trends, and translate insights into clear actions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently present strategies, results, and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
  • Background in iGaming, sports betting, sweepstakes, fintech, subscription businesses, e-commerce, or other performance-driven industries.
  • Experience working in an agency environment or a client-facing marketing role.
  • Additional expertise across paid media platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, or programmatic advertising.
  • Experience with mobile acquisition and attribution platforms including AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows or automation solutions within marketing operations, reporting, or campaign management.

Candidates without iGaming experience are encouraged to apply if they have successfully managed and scaled significant paid media budgets in other high-growth B2C environments.

Why This Opportunity?

This role offers the chance to make a direct impact on acquisition strategy and business growth while working with significant media budgets and complex performance challenges.

You will have:

  • A senior-level role with ownership over major acquisition initiatives and measurable business outcomes.
  • Competitive compensation with a performance-based bonus structure tied to results.
  • Direct collaboration with senior leadership and experienced creative teams.
  • The opportunity to grow within an expanding international organization and progress toward broader leadership responsibilities.

If you are a performance marketing leader who knows how to scale acquisition, optimize every dollar invested, and build strategies that deliver sustainable growth, this opportunity offers the platform to make a meaningful impact.
