Job Summary:
Bloomberg Industry Group is seeking a Data Analytics Manager II to drive meaningful business impact through strategic insights derived from complex data. This role involves leading analytics processes, developing BI solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead the end-to-end analytics process, for relevant systems, including quality assurance, auditing, and governance to ensure data integrity and usability across platforms.
โ€ข Analyze customer behavior, feature adoption, usage patterns, and performance metrics to uncover trends and deliver actionable recommendations that enhance product value and business outcomes.
โ€ข Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and reports that provide visibility into KPIs, success metrics, and end user customer engagement of relevant system.
โ€ข Develop forecasting models and dashboards to support and measure impact of strategic planning or product utilization.
โ€ข Manage and innovate data sets and data platforms, ensuring scalable, high-performing, and compliant data assets across the organization.
โ€ข Partner with teams across the organization to align data initiatives, define KPIs, and democratize access to insights through self-service tools and training.

Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
โ€ข 5+ years of data analysis experience, leveraging descriptive and predictive techniques on large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
โ€ข 3+ years of experience working with large datasets from diverse sources, producing actionable reports, and presenting findings.
โ€ข 3+ years of experience presenting insights to senior leadership or high-level audiences.
โ€ข 1+ years of experience uncovering data insights to form hypotheses, designing product experiments, evaluating results, and making recommendations.
โ€ข Strong experience in product analytics, sales analytics, or data strategy roles.
โ€ข Strong analytical skills to organize, analyze, and communicate complex data with accuracy and detail.
โ€ข Skilled in collaborating with stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable analytical solutions.
โ€ข Ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environments while independently managing analytics projects from scoping to delivery.
