Our student and new graduate programs offer a chance to explore Sun Life from the inside. You'll make a difference in the lives of our customers and communities, while building the skills and experience that allow you to grow in a meaningful and rewarding way.

Term: September 8th 2026 to December 18th 2026 (4 months)

The advanced analytics and business intelligence team supports the RA&S business unit with actional data, insights, and models to help drive the business forward. It is a dynamic team full of seasoned data professionals working to help our advisors and our clients thrive.

What will you do?

  • Work with stakeholders to draw business insights from analytical outputs
  • Communicate recommendations and data insights to leadership teams
  • Help deliver automated reporting on key performance metrics (KPIs) using Tableau
  • Work with key datasets to help form proactive insights

What do you need to succeed?

  • This opportunity is available to students with a graduation date of December 2026 or later
  • Be enrolled in an undergraduate program in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent
  • Have an understanding of data analysis, data management, data modelling
  • Proficiency in SQL would be an asset
  • Proficiency in Python would be an asset

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
