Data Analyst – Healthcare Reporting & QI
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 + Full Benefits
Location: Delray Beach, FL | Onsite

Overview of the Role:

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that improve healthcare operations and outcomes. In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams and leadership to analyze performance, improve processes, and support critical reporting needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career or mid-level analyst who enjoys problem-solving, working with data tools, and driving efficiency through automation and reporting.

What You’ll Do as a Data Analyst:

  • Collect, analyze, and validate data from multiple systems to support business decisions and reporting
  • Identify data discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and determine root causes
  • Prepare and submit reports to internal stakeholders, state agencies, and external partners
  • Build and maintain reports, databases, and tools using Excel, Access, SQL, and VBA
  • Improve workflows by identifying automation opportunities and streamlining manual processes
  • Maintain SharePoint resources and ensure proper data documentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, leadership, and IT teams
  • Support audits, reporting initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Train staff and promote adoption of improved systems and processes

What We’re Looking For in a Data Analyst:

  • Experience working with data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence tools
  • Working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and exposure to SQL
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Access, SharePoint, or VBA/macros is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
