Job description

As a Product Manager, you will play an important role in driving the growth and success of assigned product lines by defining strategy, guiding development, and delivering market-driven solutions. This role is responsible for translating customer needs, market insights, and business objectives into actionable product plans that support long-term performance and competitive positioning.

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to manage the full product lifecycle-from concept through launch and ongoing optimization-ensuring products deliver value to customers and align with business goals.

POSITION LOCATION: Toledo World Headquarters or Tampa, FL (hybrid; up to 25% travel)


What You Will Be Doing:

  • Define product strategy and roadmap by gathering market insights, customer requirements, and competitive intelligence to guide product evolution.
  • Lead product lifecycle management, including business case development, product definition, launch planning, and ongoing performance optimization.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to align product strategy with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Translate customer feedback and performance data into actionable product enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory environments, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and communicate value propositions that clearly articulate product benefits and differentiate offerings in the marketplace.
  • Support product launch and commercialization efforts, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate product performance, define success metrics, and guide decision-making.
  • Lead through ambiguity by applying structured problem-solving and critical thinking to complex business challenges.
  • Build alignment across stakeholders by effectively communicating recommendations, influencing decisions, and driving execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in product management, marketing, or a related field supporting product strategy, development, or commercialization.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market, customer, and financial data to inform decisions and build business cases.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to align teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Experience applying structured problem-solving and critical thinking to complex or ambiguous situations.
  • Working knowledge of product development processes and lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing products in competitive or evolving markets.
  • Familiarity with market research, segmentation, and customer strategy development.
  • Experience supporting product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
