Job Description:
The Senior Technology Analyst/Scrum Master is responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing technology solutions that align with business strategy. This role involves conducting deep‑dive technology assessments, leading architectural reviews, optimizing platforms, and guiding stakeholders on emerging technologies. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, architectural insight, and hands‑on experience across modern enterprise technologies.


Skills & Responsibilities

  • 8+ years of experience as a Technology Analyst, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or related role.
  • Strong experience with Agile, SAFe Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, SAS, Power BI, and Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Experience with SQL Server Management Studio and IBM Data Studio.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Rally, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Git, Visual Studio, SharePoint, PuTTY, Visio, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent).
