Job description

Job Summary:
Hubbell Incorporated is a leading global manufacturer of high quality electrical and utility solutions. The Marketing Data Analyst is responsible for driving the accuracy and strategic use of product and marketing data, collaborating with various teams to optimize data flows and enhance digital product representation.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain business processes for marketing data development.
• Develop and implement enterprise strategies for digital marketing to achieve the evolving corporate vision
• Coordinate expanding requirements within the Marketing Data Development (MDD) process.
• Oversee resources responsible for data population, quality control, and accuracy, including direct responsibility for enhancing data health.
• Define and structure the role of marketing data within the product line addition and product launch processes.
• Benchmark internal and external data sources to support targeted data delivery (Hubbell, Partners, Competitors), identifying data gaps, opportunities, improvements, and tactical actions.
• Analyze channel partner data to identify influence points, enhance collaboration, and improve business processes.
• Serve as an expert in data extraction from internal systems (STEP/PIM) and external partner portals, recommending enhancements that support sales growth.
• Identify root causes of data issues and develop corrective strategies and long‑term, sustainable solutions.
• Establish key performance measures to evaluate and guide data management activities.
• Conduct analytical reviews to strengthen marketing content, digital assets, and product data quality.
• Develop solutions that improve the creation, management, and governance of product attributes.
• Enhance product representation across all channels (OHW, eStore, Channel Partners, STEP, IDEA).
• Support the development of tactics aimed at product promotion, digital visibility, and sales enablement.
• Lead spec sheet development, updates, and execution across product lines.
• Coordinate pricing alignment with business partners and the eStore to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate process for development of 3D digital marketing assets
• Act as the business owner for marketing development fund program (co-op) and coordinate future transitions of elements to shared services.
• Administer Marketing Licensed Services/Applications including contracts, purchase requests, invoices, and claims.
• Provide marketing communication support by preparing content for shared services and business web sites with enterprise marketing.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field of study
• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, product information management (PIM), digital marketing, product marketing, data analytics or related fields.
• Proven experience working with product data ecosystems, including data governance, data quality, and data enrichment processes.
• Hands‑on experience with PIM/MDM systems such as STEP, Salsify, or similar platforms (STEP experience strongly preferred).
• Experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from both internal systems (PIM, ERP, product databases) and external partner portals.
• Background collaborating with cross‑functional partners such as Product Marketing, eCommerce, Enterprise Marketing, and Master Data teams.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Suite of Products.
