About the Role
This role focuses on developing and supporting staffing and workforce planning solutions using Azure data technologies. The candidate will build and optimize data pipelines, develop analytical and automation solutions, manage Azure SQL environments, and support data integrations, reporting, and forecasting. The role also involves partnering with business stakeholders to translate workforce planning requirements into scalable analytical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance staffing and workforce planning models.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and related Azure services.
  • Develop analytical and automation solutions using SQL and Python.
  • Manage and support Azure SQL environments, including administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Support data integrations, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
  • Work with SSAS/tabular data models and dimensional modeling.
  • Ensure data quality, reliability, scalability, and performance.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate workforce planning requirements into analytical solutions.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of applicable professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Advanced SQL development and database design experience.
  • Strong Python skills for data analysis, automation, and data engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Database, including administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines.
  • Understanding of Azure data platform services and cloud-based data architectures.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience building and maintaining analytical and forecasting models.
  • Experience with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) cubes.
  • Experience with SSAS Tabular models and dimensional modeling.
  • Experience supporting workforce planning, staffing analytics, or similar planning environments.
  • Experience with enterprise ETL, data integration, and reporting solutions.

Puget Sound, WA
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $1,47,680 - $1,60,160 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
