To thrive as a Data Analyst Project Manager, you need expertise in data analysis, project management methodologies, and a relevant degree such as in statistics, computer science, or business. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana), and certifications like PMP or CAPM are often required. Successfully managing both aspects requires strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
