Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana), and certifications like PMP or CAPM are often required. Collaboration with data analysts, stakeholders, and other project managers is essential, as they often facilitate meetings, translate technical findings into actionable recommendations, and resolve obstacles that might affect the project's progress. Successfully managing both aspects requires strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
