Job Summary: Seeking a highly technical and self-motivated Lead Data Analyst (SQL, Python, Tableau, PowerBI) with strong data storytelling skills to develop end-to-end reporting solutions for a global sports initiative. The role involves working closely with product engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to design scalable data workflows and business dashboards that drive data-informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Build and maintain ETL pipelines to enable data ingestion, enrichment, and transformation.
  • Design and implement data ingestion processes, including handling user-managed files such as Excel.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to define and refine data requirements.
  • Translate complex technical data into clear insights for executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy, accessibility, and timely delivery of all reporting outputs.
  • Support Agile/Scrum-based project execution and data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
