We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Operations Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing business-led Power BI solutions within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business processes, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to deliver practical, business-facing solutions that improve operational visibility and decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design and Development: Work closely with the Enterprise Solutions team to lead the design, development, and deployment of Power BI solutions within the Enterprise and Operations domains
  • Serve as the Power BI owner for Operations domain, including design, delivery, and ongoing support
  • Develop and maintain reporting across warehouse, delivery, and supply chain operations, with a focus on labor productivity, inventory accuracy, and network performance
  • Adhere to Enterprise Solutions guidelines, standards, and best practices
  • Business Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging Power Platform solutions to address business challenges and optimize processes.
  • Project Management: Manage and prioritize multiple reporting requests and projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Data Governance: Work closely with the Enterprise Solutions team to provide well-thought-out solutions from source (Data Warehouse needs) to target (Power BI reports, etc.)
  • User Training and Support: Provide training, support, and guidance to end-users and business units to maximize the adoption and effective use of Power Platform solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of Power Platform solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting on Power Platform initiatives, including project status, performance metrics, and business impact.
  • Extract, transform, and analyze data from SQL and enterprise sources; automate recurring reporting and deliver ad hoc analysis in a fast-paced environment
  • Support budgeting and forecasting through reporting, data collection, and data validation
  • Support administration of Operations tools (e.g., LMS, SharePoint) as needed
  • Perform other work related job duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on the Power Platform suite (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Advanced Power BI experience, including:
  • Semantic modeling
  • DAX measures and calculations
  • Power BI Service administration
  • Proven experience in business process analysis, solution design, and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
  • Relevant certifications in Power Platform (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals) are highly desirable.
  • Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, data models; macros a plus)
  • SQL experience and understanding of relational data models

  • Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine
  • Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 15lbs
  • This role requires regular, ongoing inoffice presence.
