Must-Have Qualifications
  • Construction industry experience
  • Hands-on experience with Work in Progress (WIP) reporting, including Field and/or Service operations
  • Strong understanding of cost codes and how they are used in project tracking and financial reporting
  • Proven experience building Power BI reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Ability to translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of the backend of Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, data sources, DAX, Power Query, and reporting automation
  • Experience developing KPI reporting for finance and operational teams
  • Experience integrating data from ERP systems, enterprise applications, and other business platforms
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and executive leadership
  • Experience ensuring data accuracy, governance, and reporting consistency
  • Must be able to work Central Time Zone hours
