Job role: Sr. Power BI Developer
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Location: Dallas, TX 75254 On-site (Minimum 3 days per week required)
Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer with 5+ years of experience building enterprise-level business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Power BI, DAX, SQL Server, and modern data modeling techniques, with a proven ability to develop scalable, secure, and high-performance reporting solutions. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver insights that drive strategic decision making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards for Sales, Finance, and Operations stakeholders.
  • Build and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations for high performance and scalability.
  • Manage Power BI Service deployments including workspaces, on premises gateways, data refresh schedules, and governance standards.
  • Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and ensure data compliance, accuracy, and security across all reports.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements, KPIs, and reporting standards.
  • Support end to end BI lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.
