Job description

Role: Data Analyst – Pharmaceutical

Location: Raritan, NJ - Onsite

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
  • Strong Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences domain experience is required.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, querying, validation, and analysis.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets from multiple sources.
  • Strong experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of data quality, data validation, data cleansing, and data governance.
  • Experience analyzing pharmaceutical, clinical, commercial, supply chain, or healthcare-related data is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, KPIs, metrics, and business reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze pharmaceutical and healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
  • Gather and analyze data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
