Responsibilities

  • Analyze complexpeopledata and deliver clear, actionable insights to support strategic talent decisions across multiple business units.

  • Work independently todeterminethe best analytical approach for each project, while collaborating closely with People Analytics Consultants.

  • Present findings and recommendations to business leaders in a compelling, accessible way.

  • Support projects related to organizational health, hiring and retention, workforce planning, employee experience, and more.

  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of People Analytics solutions by sharing feedback and ideas.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing work that drives the greatest impact forthe business.

Requirements

  • 3+years of client-facing (internal or external) People Analytics, or Human Capital Consulting experience.

  • Bachelor's, or Master's Degree with a quantitative focus (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, IO Psychology) and/or a degree in HR preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Strong analytical skills, withproficiencyin inferential statistics (e.g., correlation, regression) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Experience with analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, R, or Python (advanced toolspreferred, butnotrequired).

  • Solid understanding of HR data and employee lifecycle processes (talent acquisition, development, workforce planning, employee listening, etc.).

  • Strong data analytics skills with the ability toleveragemultiple internal and external data sources to enable data-driven insights and inform strategic talent decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to business leaders.

  • Proven ability to work independently in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, managing multiple concurrent projects and adapting to shifting priorities whilemaintaininghigh standardsof quality.

Compensation:

The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate.

  • The salary range for this role is $98,300 - $150,200. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

  • Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
