Job Description
The Data Analyst will be responsible for the collection, analysis, and interpretation of large datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support performance improvement initiatives. Drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making by discovering trends and delivering actional insights. Serve as a key technical advisor supporting both field teams and corporate leadership.
Key Responsibilities

  • Project: The goal of this project is to Maintain Common Measures reports, develop new reports, complete ad hoc requests/analyses, support Enterprise incentive plans.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear insights and present findings to stakeholders in an actionable format
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Conduct pre and post launch analysis for pilots and new processes
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports; perform audits and validations
  • Lead stakeholder meetings to define metrics, measurement plans, and reporting requirements
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators and provide insights to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver recommendations that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
