      • Develop, maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards covering sales performance, commissions, rebates, and key financial metrics, including executive-level reporting
      • Perform account reconciliations related to sales, commissions, rebates, and customer accounts as part of the month-end close process
      • Manage and maintain the commissions inbox, providing timely customer service to rep agencies by responding to inquiries and resolving discrepancies
      • Maintain accurate sales and commission-related data within systems (e.g., sales rep structures, commission agreement setups, region IDs), ensuring alignment with financial records
      • Assist with accounts receivable and sales-related metrics, including tracking collections, aging, and performance trends
      • Assist with audit requests by preparing supporting schedules, documentation, and reconciliations
      • Identify and recommend process improvements (automations) to enhance reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and cross-functional workflows
      • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems, reports, and financial outputs
      • Support the broader accounting team on an as-needed basis, contributing to projects, analyses, and cross-functional initiatives
      • Performs other duties as assigned
        Qualifications

          • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., IFS or similar) is preferred
