Job Summary:

The Data Entry Analyst plays a critical role in examining various types of documents from data breaches to quickly and accurately extract sensitive data and formats that data manually in Excel. The outputs of this role contribute to individuals being notified of data incidents.


While this is an entrylevel, parttime role, it provides meaningful exposure to realworld cyber incident response workflows. Working in a fast paced and deadline-driven environment paired with strong attention to detail, you will build into a repeatable process that ensures accuracy and speedy delivery.

Typical Schedule and Pay:

  • Onsite in Reston, VA (inoffice presence required)
  • 30 hours/week, typically MondayThursday or Tuesday-Friday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM
  • $17.31 Hourly parttime role with potential eligibility to transition to fulltime (including benefits)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pagebypage review of hundreds of documents daily to identify personally identifiable information (PII) and other sensitive data.
  • Collaborate with project teams to adhere to project standards and client requirements.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to federal, state, and industry datahandling requirements.
  • Accurately organize, structure, and record findings using Microsoft Excel and internal tools.

Youll be a fit if you have:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Comfort working in Excel. Strong Excel skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work and focus in front of a computer for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, any degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a document review, legal, or administrative, is helpful but not required.
