Job description

Job Summary:
FanDuel is the premier mobile gaming company in the United States and Canada, seeking an Analyst to derive insights for FanDuel Casino teams. The role involves producing insights, evolving models and data visualizations, and creating revenue forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Work with other analysts to produce insights and drivers of business performance
• Create, modify and evolve models and data visualizations to better understand and explain the day-to-day performance of various KPIs
• Create and maintain accurate revenue forecasts to support strategic decision-making
• Participate in presentations focused on using analysis to drive new business outcomes
• Field and fulfil requests for various business inquires
• Opportunity to mentor junior analysts on day-to-day requests as well as team best practices
Qualifications:
Required:
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a financial, business or data analytics role preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in a highly numerate major (Math, Finance, Econ, etc.) or relevant experience in data and/or business analysis
• Strong personal organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a lot of ambiguity
• Hands-on experience in SQL and Excel required; experience with forecasting models desirable
• Strong problem-solving skills, allied with track record of transforming data into actionable business insight
• Experience working in groups and leading smaller intra year projects
Preferred:
• Experience collaboratively working with colleagues in other countries and time zones preferred
