MW Partners is currently seeking a Data Analyst to work for our client who is a global leader in multimedia and creativity software products.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Introduction: To enhance our data management and reporting capabilities, the Client Digital Experience Technology Partner Team is seeking a Data Analyst for join our team for a six-month time period. This role is crucial for auditing, organizing, and optimizing our data sources, as well as developing new reports and dashboards to support various teams. The Data Analyst will work closely with operations, partner management, and partner marketing teams to ensure seamless data integration and reporting.
  • Summary: The Data Analyst will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive audit of existing data sources, re-organizing and compiling data, creating new reports and dashboards, refining data collection and reporting processes, and documenting updated processes and methodologies. The role will also involve re-organizing the content repository for data sources, reporting, and supporting materials. The total duration of this project is six months.

Requirements:

  • 6 - 9 years of experience
  • Knowledge and expert use of MS Excell, Power BI
  • Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing data sources, reports, and dashboards.
  • Re-organize and compile data sources to ensure consistency and accessibility.
  • Create new reports and dashboards for key data points including leads, referrals, revenue share, and number of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations, partner management, channel sales, and partner marketing teams to develop a data collection and reporting strategy and execution plan.
  • Refine data collection and reporting processes, automating workflows where possible.
  • Document updated processes, data sources (locations, methodologies), reporting, term definitions, access rights, etc.
  • Re-organize the content repository for data sources, reporting, and supporting materials.
