About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Finance Professional who will play a critical role in building and scaling the accounting and finance functions. This individual will work closely with leadership and take ownership of accounting operations, cost accounting, and financial reporting, while developing FP&A capabilities to guide business decisions and support future growth into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations (GL, month-end close, financial reporting)
  • Develop and maintain cost accounting processes (job costing, inventory, standard costing)
  • Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, and profitability
  • Prepare and improve financial reporting packages
  • Perform FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modeling
  • Provide insights on business performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization
  • Support leadership with data-driven recommendations
  • Help build processes and structure within a growing organization

About You:
  • Prior accounting experience required
  • Solid foundation and experience in financial accounting and reporting required
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Proactive and self-directed with strong analytical skills and a business mindset
  • Background in nimble, small-team environments; experience driving process improvements and building effective systems preferred
