We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to provide comprehensive support and oversight of business data across the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility enabling the business to deliver actionable insights that drives informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to take initiative in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, validate, and maintain the quality, accuracy, and integrity of business data across systems
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business operations and leadership decisions
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions
  • Facilitate discussions among stakeholders to clarify data requirements and align priorities
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and independently take initiative to address data-related challenges
