We are looking for a curious, collaborative, and analytically driven Business Analysis Manager to help drive operational and financial performance across our manufacturing operations.

This is a unique opportunity to partner directly with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance leaders to provide insights that support strategic decision-making, operational excellence, and long-term network planning. The successful candidate will leverage financial and operational data to identify risks and opportunities, evaluate business scenarios, develop financial models, and help influence decisions that improve performance across the manufacturing network.

As a business analysis manager supporting Starbucks Manufacturing, you will contribute to Starbucks' success by driving strategic planning and operational decision-making across the manufacturing network. This role partners with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance leaders to evaluate business performance, identify risks and opportunities, develop complex financial and operational analyses, and support key strategic initiatives. The Business Analysis Manager translates data into actionable insights that influence decisions, improve performance, and support the long-term success of Starbucks Manufacturing.

As a business analysis manager, you willโ€ฆ

  • Partner with Manufacturing leaders to translate strategy into actionable business plans, financial targets, and measurable outcomes
  • Develop business cases and evaluate strategic opportunities, including capital investments, productivity initiatives, network optimization efforts, and emerging capabilities such as automation and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, simplify processes, leverage automation and emerging technologies, and drive value creation across the manufacturing network.
  • Provide fact-based recommendations and decision support by assessing risks, opportunities, and financial impacts of strategic initiatives.
  • Support key financial processes including month-end performance reviews, forecasting, planning, and business analysis to ensure leaders have timely insights into manufacturing performance.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring across the Manufacturing Finance organization while promoting best practices in financial analysis, process improvement, automation, innovation, and continuous learning.

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Applicable manufacturing industry experience โ€” 7 years
  • Experience contributing to and leading cross-functional teams โ€” 5 years
  • Experience making recommendations to and influencing decision-makers โ€” 5 years

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
