Teacher Incentive Allotment Data Analysis and Reporting SpecialistJOB STATUS: OPEN POSTING DATE: 06/22/2026 POSTING NUMBER: 054289 LOCATION: Admin Human Resources - 726 POSITION TITLE: Teacher Incentive Allotment Data Analysis and Reporting Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide data disaggregation, use of assessment results, and informing validity and reliability of locally designated assessment practices related to the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program. Assist the TIA Coordinator with organizing, analyzing, and disaggregating data to ensure the validity and reliability of local assessment practices. Function as a positive, effective employee of the district, through accurate data disaggregation and collaboration.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Aggregate and disaggregate data for monitoring of the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) program as directed.
  2. Utilize advanced spreadsheet and data management skills to organize, validate, analyze, and report TIA-related data.
  3. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and tracking tools using formulas, pivot tables, lookup functions, filtering, conditional formatting, and other data analysis tools.
  4. Merge, clean, and reconcile large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency in TIA reporting and submissions.
  5. Identify and resolve data discrepancies through detailed analysis, cross-referencing, and validation processes.
  6. Support the collection, validation, analysis, and submission of TIA data in alignment with state guidelines and district procedures.
  7. Support campus and district leadership to ensure accuracy and integrity of teacher observation, student growth, and designation data.
  8. Assist in the development and maintenance of systems and processes related to TIA data management, reporting, and compliance.
  9. Assist the TIA Coordinator with training and support to campus administrators and teachers regarding TIA data processes, timelines, and requirements.
  10. Assist with analysis of teacher observational data, student growth, and designation data.
  11. Assist in ensuring compliance with all state requirements related to TIA data submission, documentation, and validation processes.
  12. Assist with communication and coordination of TIA implementation processes with campus and district stakeholders.
  13. Assist campuses in interpreting TIA-related data to support continuous improvement in instructional practices and educator effectiveness.
  14. Stay informed of current TIA guidance, best practices, and updates from the Texas Education Agency.
  15. Collaborate with the TIA Coordinator to identify trends, address data discrepancies, and develop solutions to support successful TIA implementation.
  16. Assist with state applications, data validation reviews, and documentation requests related to TIA.
  17. Support collaboration with external agencies and partners related to TIA implementation and reporting requirements.
  18. Assist in the development of district timelines, reports, and documentation related to TIA data submissions and program implementation.
  19. Attend conferences, webinars, and/or professional learning opportunities related to educator effectiveness, data systems, accountability, and TIA implementation.
  20. Participate in the selection, design, and implementation of data management systems and reporting tools that support TIA processes.
  21. Serve on district committees and collaborative teams as assigned.
  22. Communicate the district's vision, goals, and implementation strategies related to educator effectiveness and district initiatives to stakeholders and the community.
  23. Maintain confidentiality of personnel, student, and program data in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements.
  24. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  25. Perform other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or assessment
  • Minimum of 3 years teaching experience
  • Minimum of 2 years campus or district-level leadership experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certification:
  • Master's degree or equivalent work experience in data analysis or assessment
  • Texas teaching certification

Special Knowledge/Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of spreadsheet and database management systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions, nested formulas, conditional formatting, filtering, sorting, and data validation tools
  • Ability to merge and reconcile datasets from multiple platforms and sources
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and communicate findings clearly to various stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel and student data
  • Knowledge of educator effectiveness systems, student growth measures, accountability systems, and TIA processes preferred
  • Knowledge of district-level and state-level Assessment
