Jardeg is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager – Staff Recruitment to lead our national Staff Recruitment team supporting hiring across Canada. This team plays a critical role in attracting and hiring talent for Graham's major projects, operational teams, and corporate functions, supporting recruitment for positions ranging from junior professionals to senior and executive leadership roles.The Talent Acquisition Manager will provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to a national recruitment function. This role is responsible for developing team capability, building strong stakeholder partnerships, aligning recruitment priorities with business needs, and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, the successful candidate will lead an experienced team of recruitment professionals while partnering closely with Corporate HR, business leaders, and peers across the broader People function. This leader will play a key role in shaping hiring strategies that support business success across Canada. This opportunity is ideal for a people-focused leader who fosters trust, accountability, collaboration, and growth. You will empower your team to contribute ideas, solve complex talent challenges, build strong partnerships, and deliver results.

Travel may be required to meet with team members and business partners across Canada. This is an office-based role with the opportunity for a flexible work arrangement, including weekly work-from-home days.

What You'll Do!

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Recruitment Team

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of recruiters and sourcing professionals responsible for national staff hiring.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment focused on accountability, growth, innovation, and service excellence.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, career development, and succession planning.
  • Establish team priorities, balance workloads, and align resources to business needs.
  • Encourage continuous improvement and recruiter participation in shaping team strategies and processes.

Drive Recruitment Strategy and Business Results

  • Lead recruitment strategies across multiple business units, corporate functions, and major projects throughout Canada.
  • Support hiring for a broad range of roles, from entry-level professionals through executive leadership positions.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce plans, hiring priorities, and future talent needs.
  • Guide sourcing strategies, talent pipeline development, and innovative approaches to attract top talent.
  • Monitor labour market trends and ensure recruitment strategies align with business objectives and project timelines.

Build Strong Partnerships

What You'll Bring!

Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR experience within a medium-to-large organization.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams, minimum 2 years
  • Strong experience partnering with senior leaders and supporting complex hiring initiatives.
  • Experience supporting recruitment within construction, infrastructure, engineering, energy, industrial services, or related sectors is considered an asset.
  • Experience recruiting across professional, operational, technical, and leadership roles, including executive-level positions.
  • Experience operating and leading in the following systems: full Microsoft office suite (including Co-Pilot), LinkedIn (Admin/Recruiter Seat), Indeed, SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiter (asset but not required)
  • Exposure to/working with: Power BI Dashboards, Candidate/employee survey platforms, candidate behavioural assessment platforms, industry analytics reports (i.e. Buildforce)
     

Education & Credentials

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • CPHR, SHRM, RPR, or a related professional designation is considered an asset.
  • A combination of agency and corporate recruitment experience is considered an asset.
