Role Overview

NTT DATA is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison a large State & Local customer. This key staff position requires full-time commitment and senior-level engagement to ensure seamless coordination, issue resolution, and strategic communication across all contract activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the senior manager and primary point of contact for all contract-related services and communications with the customer.
  • Lead day-to-day coordination and resolution of contract activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Represent customer concerns to NTT DATA's executive and operational leadership.
  • Participate in all contract-related workgroups initiated by the customer or NTT DATA.
  • Maintain 24/7/365 availability, including designated backup coverage, to support contract operations.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing government accounts or in a government sales role.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading day-to-day activities and project delivery
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing complex government contracts and service delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Proven knowledge of government business practices, including those specific to the State of Florida and its authorized users.
  • Familiarity with State of Florida program goals, operational standards, and reporting requirements.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $109,688- $253,906. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. 

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
