Requirement/Must Have:

  • 1+ years of experience in data modeling and relationships.
  • 1+ years of experience in DAX calculations.
  • 1+ years of experience in Power Query and ETL.
  • 1+ years of experience in complex report and dashboard design.
  • 3+ years of experience in workspace administration and governance.
  • 3+ years of experience in user access and security management.
  • 2+ years of experience in Databricks integration.
  • 2+ years of experience in M365 integration and automation.
  • 5+ years of experience in SQL querying and tuning.
  • 5+ years of experience in performance optimization techniques.
  • 1+ years of experience in Service Now ticketing.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytical thinking.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and support Power BI reports, datasets, and dashboard prototypes.
  • Build enterprise-ready data models, DAX measures, and accessible visualizations for reporting platforms and business products.
  • Work cross team across NCDIT Transportation to bring consistency in reporting standards, visual design patterns, and governance practices.
  • Perform training sessions/webinars for NCDOT business customers on created visualizations and dashboards.
  • Support NCDOT customers with workspace access and data connection needs.
