Job Description: Seeking an experienced Wireless Engineer to design, deploy, optimize, and support enterprise wireless and cellular network solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in RF engineering, enterprise Wi-Fi, DAS technologies, wireless security, and cellular network integration. This role requires hands-on experience with wireless architecture, performance optimization, and troubleshooting in large-scale enterprise environments. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance is required. Job Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and support enterprise wireless networks, including Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 6E, and Wi-Fi 7 technologies.
* Perform wireless site surveys, RF planning, predictive modeling, capacity analysis, and post-deployment optimization.
* Design and deploy Distributed Antenna System (DAS) solutions to improve indoor cellular coverage and capacity.
* Configure and support wireless authentication, access control, and AAA solutions utilizing 802.1X, Aruba ClearPass, and Cisco ISE.
* Collaborate with network, security, facilities, and carrier teams to ensure reliable wireless and cellular connectivity.
