Position Summary

Native is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join its growing team. In this leadership role, you will oversee and execute high-impact marketing strategies, including targeted content creation across social media channels, blogs, and marketing platforms. You will drive Native’s overall social media and marketing strategy, building a strong presence for both new and existing products across various business lines. This is an exciting opportunity to lead marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as product managers, engineers, and business users to address real-world challenges in the rapidly evolving DeFi space.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive hype, awareness, and adoption of new business product lines.

  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices, identifying new opportunities to enhance platform engagement and expand to new channels.

  • Lead and oversee reporting on the growth and health of social media communities, using insights to refine strategies continually.

  • Develop and manage the content calendar across all marketing channels, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

  • Define and execute a best-in-class approach to community engagement on various platforms.
    Cultivate a deep understanding of Web3 consumers and app developers to tailor marketing efforts effectively.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics across all channels, using data to inform decisions.

  • Create and oversee the production of engaging long-form and short-form content, including articles, presentations, narratives, social media posts, and other marketing assets.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to cross-functional teams, providing input on brand positioning and audience engagement tactics.

Job Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in content marketing, writing, and campaign management, with a proven track record of success on platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Reddit.

  • Demonstrated expertise in running high-impact growth marketing campaigns for technical audiences and end consumers.

  • Exceptional creativity and strong writing skills, including experience producing both fast-moving micro-content for social media and longer-form articles.

  • Advanced knowledge of DeFi, crypto, blockchain, and Web3 technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into engaging narratives.

  • Proven ability to lead and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced start-up environment, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.

  • In-depth understanding of target audiences across multiple platforms, with the ability to engage them effectively in real-time.

  • Experience in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic video editing software is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills to track and interpret marketing performance metrics, driving data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English.
