They act as a liaison between artists and venues, sponsors, or agents, and help develop strategies for career growth. Dance Managers play a crucial role in supporting the creative process by allowing dancers and choreographers to focus on their art.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a dance manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Dance Manager, you need strong organizational abilities, knowledge of arts administration, and experience in event or production management, often supported by a relevant degree or background in performing arts. Schedule
  • Weekday Mornings: 9am - 1pm
  • One Weekend Morning - Required
  • Weekly 15-20 hours

What we expect from you
  • Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how!)
  • Build relationships with parents and children ages 4 months to 3 years old. If you love older kids, we've got those too!
  • Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
  • Be ready to LEAD. We will make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community! But we also make a difference in the lives of our teammates! Many of the leaders in our company started in this position and have enjoyed the opportunities for upward mobility.

You'd fit in here if
  • You're totally open to being a goofball and love giving (air) high 5's.
  • You have a background in Early Childhood Development.
  • You have background in gymnastics, dance, or education.
  • You are great at public speaking.
  • You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
  • Kids really like you AND their parents really like you too.
  • You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
  • You love to have fun but you know when to buckle down and do work.

You may think we're awesome because
  • Kids AND Parents Walk out of our classes more confident than when they walked in every single day.
  • You'll get your steps in and close your activity rings while you work because you'll be moving all day.
  • We take our fun pretty seriously but also take the role we play in our community and with each child we meet seriously. The relationships you'll build here will last a lifetime.
  • You could get paid to fold t-shirts or you could get paid to act like a dinosaur. The choice is yours!

But seriously read the fine print
