Location: Bon Appetit at Byte Dance
Schedule: Full time, onsite, with occasional travel to other locations
Requirement: 2+ years as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN); experience in campus or corporate environments preferred
Position Details: As our Senior Wellness Coordinator, you'll serve as the primary resource for all things nutrition-overseeing innovative nutrition and wellness program implementation, ensuring accurate menu labeling and allergen compliance, and supporting food allergy and special diet needs. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with culinary teams, account leaders, and clients to create meaningful, health-focused experiences. You'll also contribute to quality assurance initiatives and play an important role in driving client satisfaction, engagement, and long-term success.
Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Summary
About This Role
Are you passionate about promoting nutrition in corporate/campus environments? Join our team as a Senior Wellness Coordinator! Collaborate with the dining services team to promote corporate nutrition goals, implement wellness programs, and ensure compliance with FDA nutrition and allergen labeling laws.
What You'll Do:
  • Nutrition Education & Programming: Coordinate and deliver nutrition and wellness programs and initiatives. Develop and present educational materials for events such as health fairs, lunch-and-learns, program launches, regional and district meetings, and client presentations.
  • Marketing & Engagement: Support wellness-focused marketing initiatives by contributing to social media campaigns.
  • Nutrition Analysis & Menu Development: Manage menu and recipe development and ensure accurate nutrient analyses.
  • Training: Lead implementation of wellness initiatives and provide ongoing training and support for assigned accounts to maintain program success.
  • Nutrition Expertise and Consultation: Serve as the resource for nutrition education, sustainability guidance, and wellness inquiries from clients, customers, and associates.
  • Menu & Program Compliance: Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of nutrition and food allergy information, ensure compliance with wellness standards, and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness promotion activities.
  • Sales & Client Partnership: Contribute to business growth by supporting account retention, participating in sales presentations, and assisting with quarterly business reviews.

What We're Looking For:
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)-required
  • Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in states where applicable
  • At least two (2) years of wellness related experience highly preferred (K12, campus dining, or corporate wellness)
  • Serve-Safe certification required or obtained within twelve (12) weeks from date of hire
  • Good working knowledge of food allergies and dietary restrictions strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with nutrition analysis software is preferred
