Designer of federated computational governance - the rules, standards, and interoperability contracts that let independently-owned data products compose into a coherent mesh. Less "central modeler," more "framework setter."

  • Interoperability standards global identifier strategy, universal time/geo dimensions, shared semantic layer (Cube, dbt Semantic Layer, AtScale), schema/contract evolution rules
  • Governance frameworks DCAM, DAMA-DMBOK, DataOps maturity, data product taxonomy, stewardship operating model
