Objective of the position:
To provide timely and accurate legal support to the Procurement, Sales, Marketing, and Accounting Departments, among others, by drafting and reviewing legal-commercial documents and agreements, including those related to specialized services and government sales, and preparing legal assessments to foster a low-risk efficient commercial operation, as well as support in the adoption of tools that increase efficiency and consistency across the company’s legal function.

General support to the Sr. Legal Manager on special commercial projects, liaising with law firms and administrative tasks related to the operation of the department, and supporting the management of controversies arising from payment defaults, contractual breaches, or commercial disputes and assisting with internal and external audits involving the Legal Department.

General support to the Legal Manager with the Contract Management Process and the handling of day-to-day commercial contracts.

Main Functions
  • Drafting and reviewing legal-commercial documents and agreements o the Procurement, Sales, Marketing, and Accounting Departments, among others.
  • General support to the Sr. Legal Manager in special projects, law firm coordination, audits, government sales & department operations.
  • Perform specialized services assessments, draft and review procurement of such services and taking inventory of providers.
  • General support to the Legal Manager in Contract Management Process & Day-to-Day Contract Administration.
  • Support in the management of controversies arising from payment defaults, contractual breaches, or commercial disputes
  • Draft and review comodatos agreements, generate processes and criteria for the Legal Department
