Job description

HOATalent is hiring on behalf of The CAM Collective
About The CAM Collective
The CAM Collective (TCC) is a community-driven professional services platform built for forward-thinking property management companies. Through a collective model, we provide shared expertise, operational infrastructure, and strategic support that helps member companies scale without losing focus on their core business. Our work is collaborative, fast-paced, and built around systems that actually work.
Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000
The Role
The TaaS Project Manager owns end-to-end integration of tuck-in acquisitions across TCC's network of member companies. You'll drive each onboarding from kickoff through a 60-day close cycle - coordinating data migrations, banking transitions, software onboarding, and cross-functional workflows across diverse operational environments. No two integrations look identical; the person who thrives here brings structure to ambiguity and keeps complex, multi-stakeholder projects moving without dropping a thread.
What You'll Do
Execute end-to-end integration projects for tuck-in acquisitions, hitting a targeted 60-day onboarding cycle per engagement
Coordinate workflows between member companies, selling entities, and shared services to drive accountability and momentum
Lead tactical execution of data migrations, banking transitions, and technology onboarding across multiple software stacks
Monitor project health daily, proactively flagging operational risks, dependencies, and service gaps to the TaaS Manager
Maintain real-time status reporting in project management tools to support metrics tracking and post-close stabilization
Document integration learnings and submit structured Playbook updates to improve future onboarding cycles
Requirements
Who We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in Community Association Management (CAM), with fluency in industry workflows, terminology, and operational nuances
  • 3+ years of project management or operations experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Proficiency in at least one enterprise PM tool (Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or Jira)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage parallel workstreams across multiple entities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience navigating cross-functional and external stakeholder relationships
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, evolving environments with incomplete information
Nice to Have
  • Experience managing post-acquisition integrations or operational transitions in property management
  • Familiarity with CAM-specific software platforms (e.g., Vantaca, AppFolio, Caliber, or similar)
  • Exposure to building or refining operational playbooks and SOPs
  • Location Remote (US-based); travel required for key integration milestones

Benefits
What we have to offer:
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Flexible, remote-first work environment with autonomy over how you structure your day
  • Direct exposure to TCC's growing network of member companies and a front-row seat to operational scaling
  • Collaborative team culture with a strong emphasis on documentation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing
