Dads are male parents who play a significant role in the upbringing, support, and nurturing of their children. What are some common challenges fathers face when balancing work and parenting responsibilities?

Fathers often encounter challenges in balancing their professional workload with family obligations, especially when it comes to managing time for children's activities, school events, and household duties. Open communication with employers about flexibility, as well as sharing responsibilities with partners, can help fathers maintain a healthy work-life balance and be present for important family moments.
