How much do dads jobs pay per hour?

As of Jul 24, 2026, the average hourly pay for dads in the United States is $60.16, according to ZipRecruiter salary data. Most workers in this role earn between $46.63 and $72.12 per hour, depending on experience, location, and employer.

What are dads?

Dads are male parents who play a significant role in the upbringing, support, and nurturing of their children. They provide emotional, financial, and practical support and often serve as role models within the family. Dads can be biological, adoptive, or step-parents, and their involvement in children's lives has been linked to positive outcomes in emotional, social, and cognitive development.

What are some common challenges fathers face when balancing work and parenting responsibilities?

Fathers often encounter challenges in balancing their professional workload with family obligations, especially when it comes to managing time for children's activities, school events, and household duties. Many workplaces are increasingly supportive of paternity leave and flexible schedules, but it can still be difficult to set boundaries between work and home life. Open communication with employers about flexibility, as well as sharing responsibilities with partners, can help fathers maintain a healthy work-life balance and be present for important family moments.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Dad, and why are they important?

I'm sorry, but 'Dad' is not a recognized professional occupation and does not fit the criteria for a job title in a real-world employment context.

What is the difference between Dads vs Caregivers?

AspectDadsCaregivers
CredentialsNo formal credentials typically requiredOften require certifications like CPR, first aid, or caregiving training
Work EnvironmentHome, community, or outdoor settings; informalHospitals, nursing homes, private homes, or care facilities
Industry UsageFamily role, informal supportProfessional healthcare or support industry

While Dads are typically family members providing informal care, caregivers are trained professionals working in healthcare or support settings. The main differences lie in credentials, work environment, and industry usage, with caregivers often holding certifications and working in formal settings, whereas Dads provide informal, familial support.

Job description

Description
Managing Attorney | Oklahoma City
Dads.Law | Oklahoma City, OK | Full Time
We are opening our Oklahoma City office, and we are hiring the attorney who will run it.
This is a founding role. You will own the courtroom, set the standard for how Dads.Law practices in the OKC metro, and build the office around you. You will carry your own caseload from day one, backed by the full infrastructure of our Tulsa headquarters: intake, marketing, billing, HR, and operations. We generate the pipeline. You win the cases and build the team that dads in OKC can count on.
We are looking for someone in it for the long haul. Dads.Law is expanding nationwide, and the attorney who builds our OKC office will grow with the firm, with a profit-sharing plan in the Oklahoma City office. This is a career move, not a landing spot.
Compensation:
$144,000 to $160,000 expected total annual compensation. Base salary starting at $125,000 plus production bonus.
Responsibilities
$3e
