Branch Supervisor - Richmond, VA
Branch Supervisor

Location: Richmond, VA (Roaming Position)

Salary: Starting at $52,000 annually, based on experience

This is a roaming supervisory position covering Richmond, Hampton, Danville, Williamsburg, VA, and Cross Lanes, WV. Travel throughout the assigned territory is required.

Position Summary

The Branch Supervisor provides leadership and operational oversight for Security Officers throughout the assigned region. This position assists with hiring, training, scheduling, employee performance, client relations, and daily branch operations while ensuring all company policies and safety standards are followed.

This is a working supervisor position. In addition to supervisory responsibilities, you will respond to staffing needs, visit client sites, complete administrative work, and fill open shifts when operationally necessary.

This is a Safety-Sensitive Position.

Essential Duties
  • Supervise and support Security Officers throughout the assigned territory
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and employee discipline
  • Ensure Officers receive required training and licensing
  • Create and maintain employee schedules
  • Respond to call-offs and staffing emergencies
  • Conduct post inspections and employee evaluations
  • Complete incident reports and required documentation
  • Maintain positive client relationships through regular site visits
  • Assist with fleet management, including vehicle inspections, driver qualifications, and fuel card compliance
  • Complete administrative duties including reports, schedules, Lighthouse documentation, and operational communications
  • Work closely with Branch and Regional leadership to support daily operations
Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Virginia DCJS Security Officer License required
  • Previous security supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned coverage area
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile applications
Physical Requirements
  • Walk, stand, sit, climb, and occasionally run
  • Lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
  • Drive during the course of assigned duties
  • Read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Make sound decisions during routine and emergency situations
