Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of customer service.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing team.
  • Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to achieve profitability targets.
  • Maintain facility standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
