Job description

  • Position Summary
    • Assist the day to day operations keeping the health center running efficiently and effectively. Do simple triage and patient preparation for the physicians. Assist with lab work and clerical duties as needed. Clean & prepare rooms for next patient. Cyracom or Spanish language skills preferred.

    • Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required
  • Core Job Functions
    • Triage appropriately with gathering the expected data: weight, height, BP, social/family, medical histories. Updates medicine list. Performs PHQ9/GAD7. Inquires about specific issue for visit.
    • Performs labs appropriately. Follows procedures as outlined. Readies the specimens for pick up.
    • Calls patients for normal test results, assists with calls regarding refills. Return calls to patients for providers.
    • Monitors and list needs of medical supplies. Pays attention to expiration dates. Inventories new orders and restocks closet and exam rooms.
