Summary: Bridge Defense seeks highly qualified All-Source Analysts to support a rotating-shift analyst role at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling supporting intelligence collection, analysis, and product development to ICD 203 standards. Requires TS/SCI with CI Poly and experience authoring DoD product lines for senior policymakers. The schedule follows a 5-week rotation cycling through days, swings, and nights, with one admin/recovery week and one on-call week built in.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret information from multiple sources to provide actionable intelligence assessments
  • Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security, and political issues, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings
  • Synthesize data to support decision-making and identifying emerging threats or trends
  • Ability to support a rotating shift schedule
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with INDOPACOM and/or CENTCOM AOR
  • Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment
  • Experience authoring DoD product lines and utilizing ICD 203 tradecraft standards
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and working with intelligence systems and tools OR 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

Additional Qualifications / Nice to have:
  • Experience working in a Joint Staff environment
  • Experience briefing senior defense clients

General Factors:
  • Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule; more than 40-hour work weeks should be expected when schedules demand it.
  • Willing to travel, if needed.
  • No Relocation.
  • Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.

Clearance: TS/SCI with current CI Poly (adjudicated within the past 5 years)
Location: The Pentagon; On-site
Salary Range: 95K - 110K
