If you thrive around people who love to sweat, laugh, and show up for each other, you'll fit right in.About the RoleAs our Group Fitness Cycle Instructor in Salt Lake City, you'll lead high-energy cycle classes that leave riders drenched, motivated, and already excited for the next one. This is a part-time role paying $30 per class taught and $15/hour for administrative duties - perfect for an instructor who wants to bring their full self to every session without punching a 9-to-5 clock.What You'll DoLead 50-minute cycle sessions packed with smart warm-ups, hard-earned work, and cooldowns that work for every fitness level in the roomShow up early to set the vibe - equipment dialed in, music tested, studio ready before riders walk through the doorGreet every rider like you mean it, learn names when you can, and build a class people want to come back toCoach with clear cues and smart modifications so newcomers and regulars alike leave feeling strongCurate playlists that hit different - high-energy, well-balanced, and built for the roomHandle check-ins and no-show tracking through RGPro, and keep an eye on participation trendsKeep your studio clean, stocked, and running smoothly, flagging any gear that needs attentionCheck in on injuries or limitations before class so every rider feels safe and includedStay consistent - teach at least two classes per pay period and line up a qualified sub if you can't make itJump into group fitness workshops and events when your Group Fitness Manager needs an extra handWhat You BringYou might be a great fit if:You're certified (ACE, NASM, AFAA, or CPT) and hold a Spin certification, plus current CPR/First AidYou've got 5+ years of relevant experience under your belt - work, school, or training - including recent instructing experience in the last 6 monthsYou know your way around anatomy, kinesiology, and training principles, and you can translate that into coaching riders can actually followYou bring the energy every single class, rain or shine, and riders can feel itYou're reliable - on time, dependable, and someone your team can count onYou can lift up to 25 lbs and stay moving for the full classYou genuinely care about the rider experience and look for ways to make it better, every timePerks & BenefitsFree gym membershipDiscounts on food and merchandiseA community that shows up for you the way you show up for themRoom to grow within The Front's group fitness programJoin Us!If you love turning up the energy and helping people find their strongest selves on a bike, we want to meet you.
