Job Title: Inventory / Cycle Count & Returns Associate
Company: Abacus Staffing
Location: Hialeah Gardens, FL
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 10:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM (Overtime available; may require working later during the week and some weekends as needed)

Position Overview

Abacus Staffing is hiring a Cycle Count / Inventory & Returns Associate for a dedicated account in Hialeah Gardens, FL. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, cycle counting, returns processing, and customer support within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Receive, inspect, and process customer returns
  • Maintain detailed and accurate returns logs
  • Conduct routine quality checks on inventory
  • Manage inventory disposal per customer instructions
  • Update inventory reports and provide weekly updates
  • Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies
  • Locate misplaced or unidentified inventory
  • Assist pickers with alternative inventory locations when needed
  • Take photos, measurements, and inspections per customer request
  • Respond to customer email requests related to inventory

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior inventory experience required
  • Order Picker experience required
  • Basic computer skills and math skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
