Inventory Worker (Cycle Count)
3rd Shift: 10pm–6:30am
Pay: $24/hour
Are you detail-oriented and enjoy working overnight? Join our team as an Inventory Worker and help maintain warehouse inventory accuracy during our 3rd shift. You’ll play a key role in ensuring products are properly accounted for and stored, reporting directly to the Inventory Manager.
Please note: This position works in cold temperature and freezer environments.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Accurate reporting of inventory
  • Root Cause Analysis and resolution of discrepancies
  • Auditing various inventory functions
  • Cycle count by location and product
  • Reporting issues and variances
  • Reviewing pallets during counts for accuracy and correctness
Responsibilities:
  • Perform cycle counts by assigned location, following cycle count procedures
  • Cycle count products as specified by Inventory Manager or Analyst
  • Reset products found in incorrect locations
  • Assist with other duties as assigned or volunteered for
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies through Root Cause Analysis
  • Timely communication of discrepancies to Inventory Control Manager and Logistics
  • Audit daily receipts, sales orders, transfers, and production materials for adherence to best practices
  • Record discrepancies during cycle counts and audits on log
  • Communicate audit performance to Inventory Manager daily
  • Meet/exceed targets for cycle counts and audits
