Summary
The Training Intern supports the Training Manager in the day-to-day administration of agency training operations. This role is responsible for maintaining training records, coordinating scheduling and logistics, and managing training materials to ensure accurate, organized, and accessible information for agency staff.
Essential Functions

โ€ข Tracks staff training completion and maintains accurate training records in accordance with licensure and CCBHC requirements.
โ€ข Monitors training compliance deadlines and proactively alerts the Training Manager when staff are approaching or past due dates.
โ€ข Coordinates scheduling of training sessions, including reserving rooms, sending calendar invitations, and communicating logistics to participants.
โ€ข Liaises with vendors and third-party training providers to confirm session dates, attendance rosters, and materials.
โ€ข Maintains an organized library of training materials, ensuring all content is current, accurately filed, and readily accessible to staff.
โ€ข Assists in updating and reproducing training materials under the direction of the Training Manager.
โ€ข Prepares training-related reports and tracking summaries as requested.
โ€ข Supports the onboarding process by coordinating required training schedules for new hires.
โ€ข Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship and professional demeanor with clients, external community partners, agency staff members, and visitors.
โ€ข Performs other related duties as assigned by the Training Manager.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: At least two years of experience in training is preferred.
Certifications & Licenses: N/A
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn agency training platforms.
Additional Qualifications: Possess strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail; clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment; experience with data entry and records management preferred; ability to handle and respect confidential, sensitive information; ability to work independently and as a member of a team; familiarity with mental health or human services settings is preferred.
