Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Support & AI-Forward DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in production support, ITIL operations, cloud administration, DevOps, automation, and platform reliability.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining application stability across the Lending ecosystem while driving automation, standardization, reliability, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Production Support & ITIL Operations
  • Provide hands-on production support for critical applications and platforms.
  • Manage incident, problem, change, release, and vulnerability management processes.
  • Monitor production environments and troubleshoot application, infrastructure, and platform issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support batch processing, file-processing workflows, and scheduled jobs.
  • Manage production environments, deployments, and operational activities.
  • Support API integrations and troubleshoot API-related issues.
  • Maintain platform reliability, availability, and operational stability.
DevOps & Cloud Operations
  • Implement and support CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
  • Administer and support Azure cloud environments and services.
  • Manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Support containerized environments using Kubernetes.
  • Implement automated deployment and operational processes.

  • Work with Active Directory / Entra ID and CyberArk.
  • Support security remediation and vulnerability management activities.
  • Assist with compliance, governance, audit logging, and security controls.
  • Support access reviews and operational security requirements.
Disaster Recovery & Reliability
  • Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution.
  • Participate in recovery exercises and validate application/platform availability.
  • Identify reliability risks and implement improvements to increase service availability.
  • Support operational readiness and production stability initiatives.
Collaboration & Documentation
  • Work closely with application, infrastructure, security, development, and business teams.
