Job description

Elite Corporate Solutions is currently recruiting an experienced Cyber Security Manager on behalf of a leading U.S.-based manufacturer located in Pompano Beach, FL. This role plays a vital part in maintaining and optimizing IT systems to support day-to-day operations. We’re looking for a proactive and skilled professional ready to join a stable and growth-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
  • Responsible for overseeing and enhancing the company's cybersecurity posture.
  • Day-to-day tasks include managing application security, network security, and information security, conducting vulnerability assessments, and implementing security protocols.
  • Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity standards and best practices to achieve and maintain Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) compliance.
  • Oversee the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Assessment and Authorization processes under the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) for classified systems.
  • The manager will also be tasked with leading cybersecurity awareness programs, responding to security incidents, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide strategic guidance to IT projects and initiatives to embed appropriate security controls into new solutions
  • Conduct regular security audits and monitoring to detect threats, including potential insider threat indicators.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proficiency in Application Security, Cybersecurity, Network Security, and Information Security
  • Experience in conducting Vulnerability Assessments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead a cybersecurity team
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
