Description
Tyto Athene is searching for a Junior Program Analyst to support a Government Program Management Office in Philadelphia, PA.
Responsibilities:
  • Work location is 100% on government site.
  • Provide daily support in the preparation of contracting documents, including Purchase Requisitions, Statements of Work, Contract Deliverables, and other documentation.
  • Coordinate responses to periodic reports, ad hoc tasking, and meeting support with Program Office personnel and multiple stakeholder organizations.
  • Work with stakeholder organizations to prepare, review, and obtain approval of documentation.
  • Provide support to the technical/engineering and security staff.
  • Assist Govt Security with maintaining security documentation.
  • Provide security support during Govt inspections and meetings. Assist in annual self-inspections, evaluate findings, and direct the implementation and re-evaluation of the corrective action(s).
  • Prepare meeting minutes as needed.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies and maintenance support.
  • Coordinate maintenance support for the government facility.
  • Assist in the coordination of the conference room calendar.

Qualifications
Required:
  • Associate's Degree in business, finance, contracts, or similar field.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience supporting a DOD/DOW program office.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral); able to effectively interact with customers, partners, and associates at all levels.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, web-based applications, and databases.
  • Energetic professional, ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment in support of numerous projects with a demanding workload and little or no supervision.
  • Provide rapid responses to short-fused tasking. Detail-oriented, with solid understanding of Quality Management practices and excellent time management skills.

Desired:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Familiarity with DOD/DOW and U.S. Navy organizations and functional missions.
  • Understanding of the DOD/DOW Acquisition System (completion of DAU/WAU coursework).

Clearance:
  • Current active TS clearance (must have current SSBI) as reported in DISS.
