Argo Cyber Systems is seeking a Program Control Analyst to support cybersecurity governance, risk, compliance, and modernization activities in federal environments. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with technical teams, program leadership, and customer stakeholders to deliver high-quality cybersecurity support in alignment with contract requirements and organizational standards.

*This role is contingent upon a successful contract bid win.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Support program governance, reporting, and control activities across cybersecurity task areas.
  • Maintain action trackers, risk/issue logs, deliverable schedules, staffing reports, and meeting artifacts.
  • Develop management dashboards, metrics reports, status summaries, and executive briefings.
  • Coordinate across technical teams, program managers, and customers to monitor progress and resolve administrative blockers.
  • Support quality reviews, contract reporting, onboarding/offboarding tracking, and surge staffing coordination.

Qualifications, Education and Skills Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor's degree with 2–4+ years in PMO/program control/program operations support.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills with ability to manage multiple trackers and deadlines.
  • Experience supporting cyber programs, task orders, or federal PMO environments preferred.

Additional Desires and Considerations

  • 4–7 years in PMO/program control/program operations support.
  • PMP or CAPM helpful.
  • ServiceNow, Jira, Smartsheet, SharePoint, or MS Project experience.
  • Security+ helpful for cyber program context.
  • Experience assessing cloud, Zero Trust, and hybrid environments.
  • Experience with system vulnerability assessments.
