Cable Wiring Specialist, Inc. (CWSI), where safety meets excellence, provides a vast array of construction and engineering services to the Telecommunications industry. With a large workforce and fleet located throughout Florida, telecom companies continue to choose CWSI for our workforce, knowledge, and quality of services offered.


CWSI is accepting applications for Sub-Contractors to work out of the Central Florida area. The Sub-Contractors role is multifaceted and can provide support for aerial, directional boring, underground drilling, and splicing.


To meet the requirements of our customer(s), Cable Wiring Specialist, Inc. has several documents and forms for prospective Sub-Contractors.

  • Background and employment authorization is to be completed by your companys representative(s). We will need a copy of each persons drivers license which is required for the background check.


A drug test will have to be completed by your companys representative(s). Please let us know your zip code so we can look for a convenient facility. We shall arrange an appointment, pay for the test, and receive the results. As per section 4.11 of the Sub-Contractor agreement, CWSI may require background and drug testing of any Sub-Contractor employee that may be performing services for Cable Wiring Specialist, Inc. This will be the responsibility of the Sub-Contractor when called upon to do so. We recommend you complete the background and drug screening first in the onboarding process before moving on to the rest of the process.

  • Sub-Contractor agreement After review,please sign and notarize TWO COPIES and return via mail. Although we will accept a scanned or emailed copy when working through the onboarding process, we will only sign-off on original copies. Each party will then have an original copy signed by both companies.
