This role requires an active RN license and compliance with state and federal vaccination guidelines.

What does a CVS Vaccine RN do?

As a CVS Vaccine RN, your workday usually involves administering vaccines, educating patients about possible side effects, and ensuring proper documentation of immunizations. You'll collaborate closely with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient flow and maintain a safe, efficient environment. The pace can be fast, especially during peak seasons like flu or COVID-19 vaccination campaigns, and you may be required to adapt quickly to changing protocols or patient needs.
